Ly Tai Hieu graduated with a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in Economic Law from Hanoi Law University. Hieu Ly advises clients on different matters, including, in particular, internal compliance and corporate restructuring, transportation, business/production, investment projects, and securities issuance deals. Prior to joining ICML, Hieu worked at the Department of Legal Affairs of the Ministry of Transport and was an intern at the People’s Court of Tuyen Quang Province.
